Author
Presenting authors (just one presenting author per paper) are granted a reduction on the registration fee and free lunch at the conference days, but are requested to fully pay their registration fee before October 31, 2022. Without payment of registration fee, the manuscript cannot be incorporated in the Proceedings.
November 13, 2022: Short Course
Short courses will be held prior to the conference on November 13, 2022 at an additional cost.
Registered attendees for all three days of the conference have a 25% discount on the short course fee.

November 17, 2022: Industrial Tours
Technical visits to different mining facilities have been planned by the organizers on November 17, 2022 at an additional cost.
Payment
Payment can be made with credit cards when completing your registration in our platform.
All fees are in US dollars and will have the applicable taxes added.
Cancellations/Refounds
A full refund will be given up to October 2nd if the request is received prior to 23:59 on October 2. There are NO refunds after that date for any of the events (registration and/or short course) you signed up for.
Refunds or credits will not be given for failure to attend, late arrival, etc. Any medical issues necessitate a doctor’s notification.
Substitutions must be submitted in writing (email) by the original registrant.
The Organizing Committee reserves the right to change the schedule, especially the sequence of presentation of papers.
