Hotel Policies:

• Pet friendly , cost USD25 + VAT per night
• Children up to 8 years old can share a bed with their parents at no additional cost.
• Sofa bed has an additional cost of USD 35 per night and can only be used in rooms that its capacity allows.

•We do not guarantee the delivery of rooms before the indicated time unless a pre-registration has been requested (equivalent to an additional night of accommodation, charged at 100% of the rate), previously coordinated in the reservation.

Blocking Procedure and Room Reservations:
• Names and surnames of the guests, including companions,
• Arrival / departure airport dates and times
• Room to reserve, (1 or 2 beds)
• Nationality of the guests, companions included, (if any)
• Passport numbers of guests, including companions, (if any)
• Private addresses at origin of the guests, (if any)
• No Show Policies: In case the guest does not show up on the day of arrival, the stay will be charged.

Way to pay:
The Tour Operator will only be charged the passenger accounts when there is a prior written instruction of this, otherwise it will be the responsibility of the passenger to pay his account.

Payment of the guest’s stay before admission according to one of the following modalities:
1. Check withdrawal to your offices by hotel collection staff.
2. Bank deposit in checking account of Banco Scotiabank

If there is a deposit in a current account, we request that the deposit receipt be sent by email.

 

 

 

Treatment of Extra Consumption of Passengers with Accommodation:
Consumption of extras (minibar, telephone calls, orders to Room Service , laundry, business center) will be charged directly to passengers who have made these consumptions at the time of check-out , for which a personal credit card will be requested at check -in .
